6 AIRhub Athletes have made selection for the 2016 UCI Road World Championships in Doha, Qatar. The event takes place from the 9-16 October 2016.

The Elite Men's Road race starts on Sunday 16th of October at 10:30am, with the race covering a 260km track which includes many of the man-made wonders of the Arabian Gulf.
Australia's line up for this event includes Michael Matthews (ACT), Caleb Ewan (NSW), Mathew Hayman (ACT), Adam Hansen (QLD), Mitchell Docker (VIC), Mark Renshaw (NSW), Heinrich Haussler (NSW), Zak Dempster (VIC) and Luke Durbridge (WA).
Wonder-kid Rohan Dennis (SA) will line up in the Time Trial a few days earlier on Wednesday 12th of October, with Luke Durbridge (WA) as the second starter.
Chloe Hosking (ACT) has had a fantastic year with wins including La Course and a stage at the Giro Rosa, as well as continuing to finish on the top step of the podium in races in the past few weeks. Chloe will be supported by a strong team including Gracie Elvin (ACT), Tiffany Cromwell (SA), Loren Rowney (QLD), Lauren Kitchen (NSW) and Sarah Roy (NSW)
The hotly contested U23 squad is yet to be finalised but includes Lucas Hamilton (VIC), Jai Hindley (WA), Michael Storer (WA), Nicholas Schultz (QLD), Jason Lowndes (VIC) and Alexander Porter (SA).
Olympians Callum and Miles Scotson (SA) are fresh off the track to compete in the Road Time Trial on Monday, October 10th.
Rounding out the event is the Under 19 National Team consisting of Harry Sweeny (QLD), Macgregor Carter (VIC), Alastair Christie-Johnston (VIC), Madeleine Fasnacht (TAS), Jaime Gunning (QLD) Chloe Moran (SA).
